Il s’agit de structure à taille humaine où ils proposent des produits de saisons : fruits, volailles, conserve, confitures, miel, viande ainsi que les spécialités du terroir. Just off Terrasson and its magnificent Jardins de l'Imaginaire, we invite you to tour our mill, specializing in the production of walnut oil. We press this fine, flavoursome oil according to the traditional method, and it is held in high esteem by the gourmets and connoisseurs of our region. Come discover the secret of the process and luxuriate in the aroma of the oil as it comes off the press. Free oil pressing demonstrations are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 5 p.m.

Jean-Jacques Servolle, an established Master Artisan of Cured Meats and Tinned Foods, runs the old-fashioned production of this family business. The products contain pork, duck and goose raised in France, and they are prepared by our teams in our laboratories based in Saint-Chamassy, at the heart of the magnificent Périgord area.
Our boutique is open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to midday and from 2:30 to 7 p.m.
You will also find us on various local markets: on Tuesdays and Saturdays in Le Bugue, on Wednesdays in Sarlat and on Fridays in Le Buisson.

Stéphane Bounichou is the small-scale cheesemaker of Fromagerie d'Audrix, producing cheeses, fromage blanc, cottage cheese, crème fraîche, rice pudding and more. All products are made with whole milk from Holstein cows raised using sustainable agricultural practices. Only lactic ferments and simple rennet are used. No preservatives, chemicals or colourings.
